Super Bowl half time show snack.
First, it is important ( I think) to freeze the mozzarella sticks like it says. (I totally missed that).
Second, it might be important to preheat the Air fryer and then go 4 minutes at 400 but I did not. I thought since they were thawed, I should back off. Nope.
They were still quite tasty, but bland looking as you can see in the pic. They needed to be crispy and they weren't.
I will make again but will make adjustments.
