I only did the curd portion of the recipe. Came out delicious, very nice color, consistency and flavor! I did a whole lime and whole lemon (juice and zest) rather than the 1.5 limes the recipe called for. Instructions were very helpful. Rather than a double boiler I did a ban-marie with water in a big pot on medium heat and a metal bowl over it, somewhat submerged. Used stevia rather than sugar and it turned out very well.
