Overall, I really enjoyed this recipe! I ended up adding a balsamic reduction drizzle and some red pepper flakes at the end. My only note is that the butternut squash didn’t add a whole lot to the overall flavor because of the pumpkin base. I would recommend omitting if you are not planning to make something else with the squash soon after as this recipe doesn’t call for a lot of it and it would be a waste to use just that little bit of a whole squash.
