Takes about 40 mins start to finish. I added fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and a lot more parm than the recipe called for. I would say the white wine doesn’t come through super well in the finished product, so if you have it around use it, if not I wouldn’t go to the trouble of buying it. Overall super easy, really comforting, the only downside is that it’s risotto so you have to babysit it the whole time
