Absolutely heavenly! Substituted Worcestershire sauce due to an allergy, which I think upped the savoriness. Makes an amazingly sweet (but not overly sweet!) mouthwatering roast that just falls apart. Goes great with Parmesan potatoes. I can't wait to make this again!
