I needed to change cooking time at the beginning to 35 minutes for the potatoes, plus the extra 10-12. I added Secret Spice Remedy & used fresh ginger paste cause I'm out of fresh ginger. Turned out great!

Secret Spice Remedy is a product a friend of mine created, but is no longer available. I'm going to see if I can come up with a similar blend & then I'll make it in a decent size batch to keep on-hand. It's a red chile-based seasoning blend. Once I have created a similar blend, I'll put it on my blog & I'll get back to you! Getting my blog up and running soon, but it's not up yet.
