I left the stray bean on the quesadilla, but that's part of the process. The whole thing turned out so good, my daughter loved it and so did my husband. I would recommend adding cheese first, then spoon in the mix and then sprinkle on another layer of cheese so when you flip it, the cheese is thoroughly melted bonding the two tortillas together.
