I completely forgot to thaw the chicken so we ended up using ground beef that we hadn't gotten frozen from shopping yet. ๐
We did some things differently; we used plain unsoaked rolled oats, and we formed sausages and cooked them in an air fryer. They came out perfectly. The sweet paprika and the pepper ๐ถ were impossible to find, so I used some leftover red curry paste I had in the fridge.
Paired the Kofta with hummus, cucumbers, pita bread (I was too tired to make naan), and tzatziki sauce to round out the meal. The adults and the kids enjoyed it, especially the toddler.
