I made a homemade recipe for the cajun seasoning and replaced the cayenne with a third amount of chili powder because my old man can't handle cayenne pepper or anything too spicy. I used 6 oz of carb healthy egg noodles. I made the chicken broth from Better Than Bullion. My old man added a little extra of each seasoning while he was helping me cook this. It turned out amazing, delicious, yummy, and flavorful. I had 2 bowls, and I don't normally eat seconds. He had 2 bowls, and he doesn't eat seconds, either. There is none left. It's all gone. I have to make this again. Soon.
