Makes 2 servings. I sautéed the garlic, spices, onions, and chickpeas in the oil so I wouldn’t have stank breath all day at work from eating uncooked garlic and onions. Left out black pepper because it doesn’t fit with this cuisine and I hate black pepper. Also cut the cilantro amount (would use 1/2 bunch of cilantro) and put in a pita pocket with spinach & arugula. Could probably go well with hot sauce. My coworker said it looked like s**t but it tasted great.
