Not sure it tastes like a curry but I certainly was tasty! Everyone enjoyed it a lot
210°c is absurd though, twenty minutes in it had started burning. 180°c should do it
For four eaters you might have some leftovers depending on the size of your cauliflower head.
Would very much recommend though it's not exactly an everyday recipe.
