This was delicious. I used chicken thighs and bacon, and definitely more sav blanc than it says 🤣
It would go so well with mushrooms in it too!!!
I've made it several times now, with and without wine, and I reckon some capers in it would be utterly perfect.
Also, frozen puff pastry is ideal to make it quicker, and you can make individual pies!
