So stinkin good. I used 3 salmon fillets and half the syrup. I didn't have Dijon mustard, so I did 1/4 cup of half yellow mustard and half honey mustard.
I also made it with asparagus, green beans and carrots. I did my family favorite seasoning on those. Garlic powder, smoked paprika, s/p, ginger powder and a little curry powder. I roasted the asparagus and carrots and cooked the green beans in the cast iron skillet. We like the crunchish texture when cooked in the cast iron. 🤤
