I halved the recipe for a family of four and still only needed half the sauce. I used cavatappi and it ended up taking a lot longer than box stated and I kept having to add more water to the pan. The sauce is delicious!! I used toasted cashews instead of walnuts. I also used a fontina/parm blend instead Manchego and only half of cheese listed in recipe. Chicken was a little dry (my fault as I can never get pan cooked chicken just right). Would make sauce again for sure, but may opt to boil pasta as usual instead of dealing with the one pot.
