On a side note we followed the instructions exactly.
Needed to add cornflour to thicken, as it was watery after we added the milk, and didn’t thicken enough…
Be sure to keep stirring the pot when once you add the stock. It didn’t go very far and even though our potato’s were small, the did take a while to get softer.
