I love succotash. I had never had it until I was on vacation and it was a side dish with our meal. I was like “wow! What is this deliciousness?!!” The waitress look at me as if I just arrived on earth and was sweet and courteous to explain the dish. I took mental notes and found this recipe. Turned out almost exactly like the one I fell in love with!!
