Delicious!! - let the oil get hot before putting the chicken in (helps it get crispy) - leave the olives out and use as a topping instead - orzo needs a lot more water than the recipe calls for. - put some tomatoes in when you add the chicken back in for some slightly stewed tomatoes. - zucchini might be nice in this.

The orzo tends to stick at the bottom and burn unless you stir it a lot, and I usually have to add more water. Might try pre-boiling the orzo a little before adding it to the pot next time.
