I didn't like it, but it may be because I didn't follow the recipe. So here's what not to do, in case you had an idea:
I cooked it in the instant pot rather than slow cooker. I didn't have enough tomato because the cans I bought were smaller than what the recipe called for. I didn't have Italian spice, so I used a poultry blend fresh herbs, but probably not enough.
