It taste good, but takes a long time to make. I adored the cashew cream sauce. It had such a good flavor. When it was cooked it feels like a lot of that disappeared. The tomato sauce wasn't bland, but felt like something was missing. If I would make this again I'd probably just pan fry the tofu and then mix the tomato sauce and the cream sauce together. It made a ton of leftovers so maybe eating it the next day will be the wow moment. Happy to see how it goes.
