Super easy!! Put cheese in pan with olive oil and tomatoes, bake for about 30 minutes and it's done. Be sure to have your pasta cooked and ready. Also keep back a cup of pasta water as it does thicken if not served immediately. Get recipe for girlfriends coming over.
