1. Mixing in the flour before adding liquid was near impossible. Would recommend adding liquid first and (if possible) sifting the flour into the pan.
2. This needs something more substantial in with the pasta to be a good dinner. I’m going to try marinating tempeh in jerk sauce and adding it before the pasta next time.
