Definitely a good recipe. It is very dry if you follow the recipe exactly. Instead of the Salsa, I did a can of Pasta Sauce which helped significantly. I then put it in a dish and baked it with the cheese on top at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. This made it a lot better.
Next time, I would've added more taco seasoning with more water, to give it more of a taco taste. The pasta sauce made it taste sweet which was weird.
