I love mushrooms and have been searching for a go-to recipe that I can make for family visits. Decided to make this yesterday evening. Was not disappointed! It was very good, but it is missing something. Turned out a little less creamy than I had thought it would. I used coconut milk instead of the soy milk since I don't like soy. Maybe that is why. I'm not a big fan of sour cream either, so I might replace that next time I make it. I will definitely make this again, though!
