So good and so simple aka my favorite kind of recipe. I did cut the recipe in half. I also didn't have tomato sauce or chicken stock; but I did have tomato paste and chicken bouillon cubes, so I added 3 or 4 tablespoons of the paste and 2 cubes into 2 cups of hot water and whiskedwhiskedwhisked until well combined. The rice came out perfectly so my substitutions didn't hurt anything 🤷♀️
