A perfect app for a party! I served it with green apple, kolbasa, pickle, mini potato and baguette. I wish I could of found pretzel mini buns to serve it with!
The cheese i used;
Gruyere
Balderson cheddar cheese old
Hot spicy gouda & chilis (it was orange)
Emmental cheese (its like a Swiss)
A bit of plain kraft cheddar too for balance
