I didn't have pumpkin seeds but I'm sure it would've made it even better... this a more mature take on Mac and cheese for such a quick and simple recipe as it's not super cheddary, but it has a lot more in depth taste. the jalapeños work perfect and the olive oil at the end does add a lot. very good for a quick and easy dish/side dish.
