Very good. They weren't kidding about the "big bowls of food"--even though I used bigger dishes than usual, I still ended up with four meals. Really tasty, though.
The tofu turns out moist and soft, with a delicate flavour, and it's a delightful companion to the crisp broccoli and strong, dry chickpeas.
Swap tahini for peanut butter if you don't have any on hand, but add less sweet--tahini is bitter, and the sweet potatoes should be enough for pb.
