For more servings, increase meat to 1.5 lbs - 2 lbs, or use less breadcrumbs, maybe 1/2 to 3/4 C. Increase salt to 1 tsp or 1.5 tsp if using 2 lbs of meat and increase worcestershire and other seasonings accordingly.
