I’m lazy. So I skipped a few steps. I made this in my insatpot. So I dumped everything in the same pot (except the wine I drank that! 😂) and purée the tomatoes after I removed the beef. Serve over quick grits. Oh I’ve even tried this with chicken instead of beef and it was amazing.
