I browned a pound of hamburger with the onion and a packet of taco seasoning, thus eliminating the chili powder, cumin and paprika. I also used 2 cans of diced tomatoes and added a cup of water so the pasta had enough moisture to cook thoroughly. Added a dollop of sour cream and guacamole on top before serving. It was very good and had enough leftover to take in my lunch the next day.
