I even had to cook half the spinach down to have room to add the rest, and it still turned out wonderfully. This is like one of those recipes that, as long as you get your measurements at least close to correct, can't be messed up. I didn't have my measuring spoons, so I got out my smallest table spoon and got a heaping spoon of my pre-minced garlic, splashed the lemon juice, tapped the chili flakes, grinded my salt and pepper over the pan, and liberally added parmesan and viola. Pure delicious spinach. A kid could probably make this with adult supervision. My brother could have when he was 6.
