← Replies in Chocolate Bundt Cake Recipe

I wanted to try out my new Nordic ware small Bundt pans so I found this recipe and gave it a try. So good! I made four small Bundt cakes and baked them about 30 minutes and they came out so great! Moist, light, just lovely. Practicing for holiday baskets next week and I’m thrilled with both the recipe and the pans! I didn’t make the ganache as this was more of an experiment so I just put powdered sugar on top. It doesn’t need the ganache it’s that good. I’m going to make these next week and look for a white chocolate ganache recipe so I can make it look more Christmas-y!
