I find seasoning the meat to taste in addition to the taco seasoning really brings out the flavors. I also add onions and black olives to the mix. Cook the onions with the meat.
You can top with salsa, sour cream, green onions, etc. Whatever ingredients you would like to top with guacamole.
This recipe is very versatile and makes for a great dinner with leftovers or delicious dish for a party.
