Dead simple and tasty to boot.
I made a few adjustments:
- used sambal olok rather than chilli paste (as I had a jar in the fridge)
- used carrots, peas, broccoli instead of Asian greens (had these in the fridge)
- used button mushrooms rather than shitake as they were cheaper
- used hokkien egg noodle (which I like), came in a pack of 440g, next time I will use 1.5 packets, 660g as I prefer more noodles
- used 500g of pork mince as this how much was in the pack from the supermarket, enjoyed the extra meat
