It was fun to prep, but the timing and amounts of bacon to enoki were off. It was many more than 10 sections with 200g of enoki. Took nearly a pound of bacon. There was also no way to cook the mushrooms and bacon on medium heat uncovered for only 12 minutes. The mushroom came out fried to a crisp and it took forever to do because it was in two rounds since there was so much. Without any seasoning to speak of, it seemed to waste the potential of what a delicious and delicate mushroom could have been. I was disappointed. The bacon was good... Enokis are my favorite, but I don't think I'll be frying them again any time soon. Live and learn, hey?
