The filling was very easy to make I tried following this recipe but either it used too much water or my water was it hot enough. I followed a different recipe for the wrapper. https://youtu.be/2OfoqvnWdUo Uses 450 g wheat starch, 100 g potato starch, 550 ml of boiling water For 2.5 lbs of shrimp
