Perfect as is...I make overnight rolled oats and use this as part of the base...needless to say, we go through a lot of yogurt...this time around I made it in the 3 qt instapot and just filled the milk to the halfway mark..followed recipe instructions after that..the yogurt was set in 6-6.5 hrs...
