I had to make some substitutions on this one as I had to use what I had in the house. So I substituted on a 1:1 ratio worcestshire instead of teriyaki sauce. I had to put garlic powder in the amount that was supposed to be for onion powder and vice versa cause I've got plenty of garlic powder but ran out of onion powder. I ended up having to use 3 Tbsp of cornstarch to get any kind of thickness out of the sauce. I cooked for the full 4 hours on low. This is very reminiscent of TGIF whiskey glaze. Very, very yummy. Yummy enough, my old man is no longer fake crying about me turning his whikey into food. Oh, and instead of rice, I tossed in some broccoli florets I needed to use up.
