It tasted moist, although not sweet at all.
It also stuck to the pan and started to fall apart. I did manage to savor the cake by putting it together, though.
It is probably best to melt the coconut oil before you grease it and put it in the oven on the lower rack, as mine cracks on the sides and starts to fall apart.
