These were pretty good, definitely better than I had expected them to be. I had peanuts & walnuts in the pantry so I used those. This made exactly 50 cookies for me, so this one can easily be cut in half for smaller batches.
I followed the directions exactly and wound up filling up 6 baking sheets, so I baked two at a time on the center shelf. During baking, I noticed the bottoms appear to get burned, so I shortened to 8.5 minutes after the first two pans.
This is more of a gooey type cookie rather than a crunchy type.
Don’t skip the grease! These cookies definitely want to stick to the pan. Probably the sticky bananas and sugar.
If I were to make these again, I would reduce the oven to like 375° or 350° F for the full ten minutes and use parchment paper. Other than that, this is a good cookie recipe!
