Very good, had a great flavor and was very easy to make. I did use around 2.5 pounds of chicken thighs so I doubled the rub. I also use 1 can of tomato sauce so I wouldn't have a partial can left. I did reduced the amount of water but towards the end of the cooking time I had to add some water back in because the rice was still chewy. Took probably closer to 30 minutes to fully cook rather than the 20-25 mins. Still really good and I think I will make it again.
