Hi Dana 👋. As long as you know how to make a crepe, you are away. Don't use too much batter on each pancake, literally just cover the base of the pan and swirl the mixture around. It is time consuming, but relaxing, honestly. The matcha crepe cake I made with Chantilly cream was great (on my profile), but I know matcha isn't to everyone's liking. Technically there was nothing wrong with the above recipe, you just need to double the cream mixture. I have my eye on this attached chocolate crepe cake next. :)
