I added a bunch of veggies, minced up, 1/2 off a red bell pepper, a couple of celery sticks, and about 1/4 C of shredded carrots, only used 1/4 of a red onion instead of a whole sweet onion, but also minced up some green onion and added a bunch of dried onion. It was delicious and moist and I loved the glaze on top. My son asked for seconds.
