This was good but I had to make some revisions. I used about 5 lbs of bone-in thighs and crisped the skin first. I wanted more garlic butter so I used about two heads of garlic and one and one half (12T butter). Instead of 1/2c brith I used 3/4c chicken broth and about 1/2c white wine. I also used fresh thyme and rosemary in the sauce. Just a few sprigs of each. It was very delicious and it was easier than most means. The kids gave it ☆☆☆☆☆
