The only thing I changed was adding shrimp. Otherwise it turned out pretty damn garlicky and pretty damn good. I’d make again in a heartbeat. Only thing that took significant time was peeling and slicing 12 cloves. Otherwise it was a relative breeze.

It looks like a noodle dish in the Philippines called Pansit Canton.

That looks so good! Love the addition of shrimp. I usually serve as a side dish with other protein but this is great too! So glad you tried it.
