For the frosting: 2 T low fat cream cheese; 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk; 1 tsp confectioners swerve, or zero calorie sweetener of choice
Instructions;
1. Preheat oven to 350, spray small oven safe ramekin with non-stick spray (10-12 oz)
2, Blend all of the ingredients together is a small blender such as a Ninja bullet
3. Pour batter into ramekin, bake for 25 minutes
4. While oats are baking, mix ingredients together for the frosting
5. Allow oats to cool for appx 10 minutes before frosting.
