Came out super tasty! The dough was dry so I added 1-2 tbsp water. Also seemed like the mochi got over done so I'd start with 1-1.5 mins in the microwave next time. I also used tapioca flour for the glutinous rice flour so maybe that messed with the recipe a bit. I'm very much a beginner in baking so these issues could very well have been my fault! Still turned out quite good regardless!!
