Super quick and yum!
Did x 1/2 more recipe (Costco pack of beef is 1.5lbs)
Used slightly less sugar and Sriracha but added more Sriracha at end to drizzle anyway.
*** Def needed water at end to sauce up the beef.
Served with radishes, grated carrot, green onions, sesame seeds, cilantro and lime juice.
Served over white rice
A great, quick, midweek dinner!
Update 3/23: Ensure 1 1/2 lbs for the 3 of us! 1 lb NOT enough.
Used 3 TBS of Sriracha in sauce but could do 4 next time.
Less sugar as before but still caramelized well (2 TBS, not 4)
Served with Costco Soybean noodles warmed up.
