1st time making babka- yep, it’s lot of work but a big payoff! I did one pre-shaping rise in fridge for 15 hours. Made 1 reg size loaf and three minis. The minis were harder to braid, also browned very fast in oven. Amazing flavor, especially the fudge and streusel.
