Made it in the instant pot and subbed red pepper flakes for the other (fancier) chili flakes. I also added chickpeas to make it a little hardier. One of those meals that really "Feeds the soul" Only down side: the sweet potato was semi-mush, but it was still delicious.

I myself do not particularly like sweet potato because I do not enjoy the flavour, I think it can ruin the flavours of your dish plus as you said cooks much quicker than ordinary potato of which I always cook with instead of sweet potato.
